From December 20 -23, as we celebrate the rebirth of the returning Sun, Cosmic Pineapple will hold a mini retreat in Glastonbury, UK. A beautiful collective are coming together to hold a three night adventure into the magical energy of this time of year.
Much beauty is held in the darkness of the night, we are able to see and feel what is hidden beneath and bring it into the light, turning our past and wounds into wisdom, and pain into power. Winter solstice marks the longest night and the birth and ascent of the Sun, returning with its light, to shine into the dark spaces. Every year we have the opportunity to honour this time and set intentions. In this time of enchantment and shift of energy, we explore shadow and light and plant new seeds and dreams, ready for the Sun’s light to birth. On this retreat we will Honour this powerful time of new beginnings in the land of the heart, we hold gratitude for what has been and welcome the new with the Light of the Sun.
With our stay at the calm Healing Waters retreat centre, just a short walk from the Tor, the retreat will include yoga, owl healing meditation, crystal sound healing, cacao connection, a fire celebration for winter solstice, visits to magic Glastonbury energy spots (including the healing springs and the Tor) and a visit to Stonehenge, as they open the stone circle for solstice and we connect with this ancient wisdom.
Prices start from £400 per person, based on sharing accommodation.
