EMFs – Electromagnetic Frequencies are surrounding us – mobile phones, WIFI, TVs, radios, computers, power lines, navigation devices, electrical devices and more all carry them. How can we cleanse and protect?
What are EMFs?
Very simply put, EMFs are electromagnetic fields—invisible lines of force that emanate from any electrical or wireless device.
There are basically two types of EMFs: low frequency and high frequency. Low frequency EMFs are emitted by our electricity and appliances. High Frequency EMFs (also known as Radio Frequency or “RF”) are generated by all our wireless devices. – Earth Calm
Our bodies have their own EMF fields, which is in natural resonance to the Earth’s electromagnetic field (and why we feel so good in the calm of mother nature). Electrical devices are not, and in turn generate frequencies that may disturb our body’s own patterning. There are links to problems and diseases including fatigue, insomnia, joint and muscle pain, decreased attention span, difficulty focusing and even cancers for over-exposure to EMFs.
How can we cleanse and protect?
1. Try and keep exposure to electrical devices to a minimum. This would be your phone as number one I am guessing – don’t keep it in your pocket (or in your bra, as I have seen some people do!). Take regular breaks from your lap-top / computer and put it in a different room to where you sleep. In fact, try to keep your bedroom as electronic free as possible.
2. Switch off your mobile phone at night. Or at least turn it on airplane mode. You want to sleep in as serene mode as possible, without EMFs effecting you whilst sleeping and reseting.
3. Switch off your WIFI at night – you don’t want it running through your auric field whilst you’re sleeping.
4. Switch off plug sockets when you’re not using them.
5. Get into nature as much as possible. Nature is our body’s natural resonance and we feel recharged and very good after some time in nature.
6. Get in the sea! 20 minutes in the sea is said to reset the body’s energy field. When you enter the sea, do so with the intention to clear away any energies that do not belong to you.
7. If bathing in the sea is not possible, an epsom salt bath is great. Full of magnesium – it draws out the toxins from your body.
8. Crystals! Hematite, Pyrite, Black Tourmaline, Shungite are all good for minimising EMFs and grounding the body’s energies. You can also place close to computer (note, quartz crystal will enhance the EMFs of a computer, so be careful not to place any close by!).
9. 10. Consume foods high in antioxidants – dark green vegetables, acai, blueberries, sweet potatoes, cacao, green tea and more!
11. Be aware of cleansing and neutralising after a long plane ride. I got told by a doctor recently that one long-haul flight is the same amount of radiation as an X-Ray. Be careful to take the above steps when you take a long haul flight!
