Drink Sign – a non alcoholic remedy

A New Electrolyte and Vitamin Drink is Set to Bring Wellbeing To The Nightlife Scene!

Sign is a non alcoholic remedy, created for the music and nightlife industry to protect party seekers, festivals-goers and artists from dehydration, tiredness and fatigue, as well as support the immune system and cognitive brain function.

Abbie Leek, the founder of Sign, was dancing at a beach bar in the summer of 2017 when she realised just how little Ibiza’s clubbing scene offered in the way of uplifting refreshments that replenish the body’s lost salts and nutrients.

Passionate about promoting wellbeing within the party culture, Abbie created a non-alcoholic rehydration and replenishing drink that served as a remedy for party seekers, festival goers & artists everywhere.

Dehydration on the dance floor is one of the most common and dangerous health issues within the music and nightlife industry. It can put unnecessary stress on the organs and have a detrimental effect on mental health. We lose the ability to function, and in the worst case, we begin to shut down.
With this in mind, Abbie  envisioned SIGN, a delicious drink packed with nutrients and vitamins such as B6, B12 and Magnesium made from pure orange and lemon juice, Organic Palmyra Blossom nectar (a natural sugar) and Himalayan rock salt.

Sign’s benefits include-

  • Protects against dehydration
  • Boosts the immune system
  • Supports cognitive brain function
  • Prevents tiredness and fatigue
  • Reduces stress hormones
  • Supports nerve function
  • Maintains healthy metabolism

Sign launched the 250ml slimline can last summer and was present at some of the biggest international festivals such as Lost village in the UK, International Music Summit in Ibiza and Nova Batida in Lisbon. It was sold out completely at all events and was especially well received by 18 – 21 year olds who claimed that Sign was exactly what was needed on the dancefloor.

‘It was a pleasure working with Sign at this year’s Nova Batida festival in Lisbon, the drink was perfectly aligned with the festival, and our customers loved it!’ Mark Newton, Broadwick Live

But the magic doesn’t stop there. The team at Sign are passionate about mental health support for people in the music scene. This is why they have partnered with ‘We are Hummingbird’ a charity that provides mental health first aid info and support for people in the music industry. Sign has committed to donating 5% of its profits towards this charity.

Sign is looking to work with forward-thinking nightlife venues across the industry. This is why they have also partnered with the London Music Conference, that is taking place at the end of Jan 2020. “We are so excited to have a revolutionary drink like Sign on board at our event as they will bring focus onto a serious issue- wellbeing and mental health in the music industry” – says Sam Spaeight, Director, London Music Conference.
